Celebrated Thomas Jefferson wine historian James Gabler
and Master of Wines Matthew Stubbs

Mr. Gabler is the author of Passions: The Wines and Travels of Thomas Jefferson, winner of the
1995 Veuve Clicquot Wine Book of the Year. He has served as a guest speaker on Jefferson and wine
at hundreds of institutions and clubs throughout the United States including Monticello
and Smithsonian Institution Museum of American History.

Mr. Stubbs has 24 years of experience in the wine trade. One of only 300 Masters of Wine in the world,
the highest qualification in the wine industry, he has worked in all aspects of the wine trade
and was for three years Head of Wine for Safeway UK.
